MISSION Get more people involved in composting and reducing our impact on the environment by responsible waste awareness and management

  • Build/buy a machine to pre-process compost so that it breaks down faster and mixes easier

Global Priorities

PRIORITIES

  1. Distribute 2021 compost

  2. Collect 30 tons of raw materials - 2.5 tons per month

  3. Increase members to 500

  4. Increase donations to $2500 / mo

  5. Increase member donation participation to at least 60%

  6. Use of new site by June

  7. Expand to Daleville, Chesterfield, Albany, Gaston

  8. Personalized member stats ( "You've composted XX pounds in 2022" )

  2. Have another conversation with the Farmer's Market: maybe they'll change their mind. :)
